Currently, AeBS leads a fully Algerian-based project—encompassing developers and engineers to researchers, testers, and project owners—in a strategic move to transition away from imported e-Banking solutions that it has traditionally distributed and supported for its banking clients in Algeria.
Comprehensive project management solution
To manage this critical project, AeBS selected JIRA and Confluence from Atlassian, distributed in Algeria by Kepler Technologies. Kepler supported AeBS in installing the tools and transferring the necessary expertise to ensure maximum value delivery.
JIRA steers the product roadmap and manages tickets throughout the development lifecycle, while Confluence handles comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, functional and technical specifications, test plans, and test execution records.
