Complex multi-channel solution requirements

BFCOI’s project presented significant complexity through automated response generation across three channels—SMS, email, and letters, managing nearly 50 templates—alongside automatic generation of three reporting types: local, group-level, and regulatory compliance reports.

Dual-phase implementation approach

Starting from high-level project scoping, Kepler Technologies executed a comprehensive mission:

  • Process definition and optimization: Collaborated with operational teams to define the target process, determining information collection requirements at each step, automation opportunities, and reporting generation specifications.
  • Technical solution delivery: Delivered the complete technical solution through to production deployment within a record timeline of 9 weeks.

To optimize project costs, BFCOI adopted the remote delivery methodology proposed by Kepler Technologies. This approach leverages 25 years of offshoring expertise within our group, enabling seamless remote collaboration using the Atlassian suite—the global leader in collaboration and team productivity tools.
