The challenge
Société Générale Madagascar wanted to simplify and accelerate its credit approval process by introducing automated scoring—while ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards.
The Kepler Technologies approach
Kepler Technologies supported the digital transformation of the consumer credit journey. The redesigned process begins with a credit request submitted in-branch and continues through middle- and back-office validation, ending with the final loan disbursement of funds to the customer’s account.
Client notifications were integrated at key stages to enhance transparency, improve satisfaction, and reduce inbound calls.
To avoid redundant data entry, the system was fully integrated with the core banking system—enabling real-time synchronization of customer records and credit data. Integration with the company directory also ensured secure password synchronization.
