The salon rating solution was entrusted to Kepler’s Algerian subsidiary, which specializes in virtualizing and streamlining business processes. The system’s objective centers on structuring and facilitating salon evaluations by the network’s field managers, enabling continuous tracking of key performance indicators over time.
Proven technology as Atlassian Solution Partner
This solution operates on Jira by Atlassian, a tool designed for integrated workflow management within existing information systems. The project achieved delivery in May 2015, with field manager training currently underway. Operations commence in June 2016.
