AMANE Auto represents a new IT solution developed by the Kepler Technologies and presented to Algerian insurers to efficiently track and process motor insurance claims—ultimately improving customer satisfaction. One key requirement remains: 3G connectivity must be operational in Algeria.

Neptune Hall of the Sheraton Hotel in Algiers. This digital solution is dedicated to improving motor claims management in Algeria.

The solution, designed for insurers, enables fast and efficient processing of insurance claims.

This represents a local adaptation of an IT system already operating successfully in Europe. “The system ensures fast compensation for policyholders, along with regular SMS updates. For insurers operating in an increasingly competitive environment—where demand becomes more specific and demanding—AMANE Auto offers the tools needed to effectively manage claims and build customer loyalty,” the presentation explained.

Kepler Technologies offers a solution

Facilitating communication between insurer and insured

Kepler Technologies, an Algerian company, has launched AMANE Auto, a new digital solution

for managing motor insurance claims in Algeria, targeted at insurance companies.

The national vehicle fleet has experienced consistent growth in recent years. As of December 2011, it totaled 4,513,925 vehicles, up from 4,314,607 in 2010. This growth, coupled with mandatory third-party auto insurance, has led to a steady increase in subscribed policies—and, consequently, in claims. Insurers now face the challenge of managing this volume efficiently while maintaining strong customer relationships.

In this context, “Kepler Technologies, which specializes in developing advanced IT solutions for complex industries like insurance, has worked on tailored solutions for Algerian insurers to optimize service delivery and customer support,” stated Abdelkader Salhi, Managing Director of Kepler Technologies, during a seminar on motor claims management at the Sheraton Algiers.

He emphasized that AMANE Auto is fully adapted to the Algerian context, facilitating clear communication between insurer and insured, and allowing policyholders to regularly track the progress of their claims.
