Comprehensive process definition phase
During an initial one-month on-site mission, our consultant guided the bank through critical process clarification, including target process definition, data collection and import specifications from the banking back office, required processing step identification, and report generation requirements. This phase included training the IT department on our technical solutions and launching development initiatives.
Advanced development and deployment support
The second mission focused on supporting the IT department in finalizing developments and preparing comprehensive testing protocols. The project presented a significant technical challenge through the definition and development of a sophisticated scoring engine that meets the specific requirements of Madagascar’s consumer credit market.
Successful network-wide implementation
The solution achieved successful deployment across the bank’s entire network in November 2018. This implementation success prompted the bank to pursue digitalization of additional banking processes, demonstrating confidence in the technical framework and collaborative approach.
